Mr. Ye and Mr. Xue, from Chengdu, China are a married couple that recently discovered something astonishing while going through some of their old photographs.
In the year 2000, about 11 years before they met, they were captured in the same place and the same time, taking the same photograph at May Fourth Square; both without knowing it. This may not seem as remarkable, but consider that China has a population of over 1 billion people, and they were both in the HUGE city of Qingdao on the other side of the country. What are the chances of having such a close encounter with your future partner years before actually meeting and making an actual connection? Super slim!
The discovery was made when they were at Ms. Xue's mother's house and found the long-forgotten photo.
