Each and every season fans would look forward to the Halloween episode of "The Office" to see the minimal effort Jim would put into his costume. While Jim inspired thousands of lazy costumers, the rest of the office came up with some pretty original ideas as well. Here are the best halloween costumes from the shows nine seasons.

Two Heads Are Better Than One?
Two Heads Are Better Than One?
I don't know if the world could actually handle two Michael Scotts, but this costume from Season Two was pretty great. Too bad the day was ruined by downsizing.

When Devon put together his costume for Halloween that year, he probably didn't realize he was about to be jobless, just like his costume portrayed.
Three Hole Punch Jim
Three Hole Punch Jim
Yep, this was the costume that started them all. Jim inspired many a copy-cat over the years with his random costumes, but this one set the bar.
Uncle Sam

Seasons Three and Four did not have Halloween specific episodes which was a true tragedy. However, Season Five restarted the tradition with a bang. Here is Oscar in a nice patriot get-up.
The Joker...Part I
The Joker...Part I
Creed has a weird creepy vibe to him in general, but this costume from Season Five was just a little too real, especially with how he got into character.
The Joker...Part II
The Joker...Part II
Poor Kevin ALSO came as The Joker, and had apparently put a lot of time into the costume; poor Kevin.
The Joker...Part III
The Joker...Part III
What office costume party would be complete without three Jokers? Dwight has a little trouble with the elevator on his way up join his doppelgängers.

Also from Season Five, we have Andy in his "kitten" costume. Don't call him a cat; he's a KITTEN!
Hello, My Name Is: Dave
Hello, My Name Is: Dave
Jim worked REALLY hard to put together this Season Five costume...
Charlie Chaplin Or Hitler?
Charlie Chaplin Or Hitler?
While Jim took on the persona of "Dave," Pam channeled her inner Charlie Chaplin while working at corporate in New York. Unfortunately for her, no one else dresses up, and because her mustache was semi-permanent, she looked like Hitler if she took off her hat.
Season Five Honorable Mentions

Ryan as Gordon Gekko was macking pretty hard on Kelly as the lovely Carrie Bradshaw. Phyllis is just adorable in her Raggedy Ann outfit.
Madame Governor

Alas, the Season Six Halloween cold open was pulled from re-airings and the DVD release due to a scene where Michael pretends to hang himself as part of a haunted warehouse the team puts together for kids. While that scene was a little dramatic, the rest was great and its a shame it hasn't gotten more screen time. Oh, and Oscar dressed up like Sarah Palin with an axe.
Book Face
Book Face
This is probably the most creative of Jim's costumes over the years, and it was also unfortunately found on the cutting room floor from Season Six. He dressed up as "the popular social networking site known as 'Book Face,'" or so Darryl thought.
MacGruber!
MacGruber!
Leave it to Michael to go all out for the Season Seven Halloween episode. This was a great costume; too bad he chooses to change later and dress up like Darryl to mock him for going over his head to corporate.
The Scranton Strangler

Oh Dwight; you went there didn't you? This all-to-real costume was probably just a little too soon, but he made it work, in a strange way.
The Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber Duet
The Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber Duet
Everyone went all out for the Season Seven costume contest hosted by Pam. Here we have an all-to-creepy image burned into our brains of Gabe dressed up like Lady Gaga. What's worse is that Ryan came as the Biebs.
Michael Moore
Michael Moore
It is pretty uncanny how on the mark this costume actually was.
Pregnant Nun
Pregnant Nun
What costume contest would be complete without a pregnant nun? Packer is up to his usual crass hijinks in Season Seven.
Hot Nurse

Even Angela is willing to forfeit her morals when thousands of dollars in discounts are at stake!
Popeye

Even Jim knows how to get into the spirit of the festivities when it means making his wife feel appreciated. Their family themed outfits were pretty great.
Creed Who?
Creed Who?
"Spooked" from Season Eight brought the introduction of Robert California and his eerie since of humor. Nothing says Halloween like a terrorist leader right? That and Creed dressed up like Osama Bin Laden.
Kerrigan: Queen Of Blades
Kerrigan: Queen Of Blades
Too bad Toby made him take the wings off because of the knives, cause this costume was pretty stellar.
Dem Bones
Dem Bones
The annex trio of Gabe, Toby, and Kelly chose to band together and do a themed costume; they even choreographed a dance!
Hot and Juicy Redhead
Hot and Juicy Redhead
Cute and innocent Erin is charged by Andy to make an adult Halloween party which leads to interesting results. But she is just too cute as the Wendy mascot to be mad at her.
Just Creed
Just Creed
One of Creed's best costumes. Oh wait, it wasn't a costume after all: just really really good timing...
