We all have experienced failure at some point in life. We try to learn from our mistakes and hope that they don't linger around for years to come. A museum in Los Angeles, California is doing the opposite. They feature the largest collection of failed products and services from all over the world. These products were successful in innovation but did not stick well with consumers.

Interestingly enough, the museum is a celebration of creativity. It originated in Sweden by Dr. Samuel West, a psychologist and innovation researcher. The museum showcases products such as Heinz's EZ Squirt purple/green colored ketchup, a board game featuring Donald Trump, Coca Cola's coffee flavored soft drink named Blak, and Apple's failed Newton.

The museum sheds light on the imperfection of products before a much more successful version of them were introduced and distributed. They hope that this concept will provide an environment in which people are not afraid of failure, are inspired, and continuously working towards new innovations.

Innovate and inspire.

Twitter users had a lot of mixed feelings about this museum:

At the end of it all, failure is beautiful. Cherish your failed moments, learn from them, and soar towards better innovations.
